How to make the insurance claim
Step 1 (Notifications)
Notify us of the event of your claim:
- Call: 1800 211 211 (Toll-Free Number). Our claims hot-line staff are ready to serve you, in case there are any inquiries on “How to submit claim”.
- Email: claims_service_kh@manulife.com
- Walk-in to the nearest Manulife Office
Verify the documents needed to apply for your claim and download the relevant form
Important notes
- Please answer all the questions in the Forms and attach all required documents.
- Certification of documents can be done by sighting the original documents by the authorized personal (Insurance advisor or Manulife Agency Manager)
- Depending on the nature of claim, we may ask you for additional information if needed.
