Manulife and Sathapana Bank announce partnership to bring mobile premium payment to customers
Phnom Penh, 30 January 2020 – Manulife Cambodia, the very first international life insurance provider in the kingdom, and Sathapana Bank, one of the leading commercial banks in Cambodia, announce today a mobile premium payment partnership that allows Manulife customers to pay their life insurance premium at any time for free through Sathapana Mobile.
Manulife and Sathapana Bank entered into a bancassurance partnership in 2018, and the collaboration today will allow customers to process the payment quickly, easily and securely by following the simple steps below:
- Launch Sathapana Mobile app
- Select “Pay Bills”
- Select “Insurance”
- Select “Manulife Cambodia”
- Enter your proposal/policy number
- Select account from which you wish to pay
- Click “Next” and “Confirm” the payment with your Sathapana Mobile PIN
